Services include Milling & Turning. Single or Multiple processes.

GEAR CUTTING

We have the facility to facilitate gear cutting using our Fellows 2A /3A GEAR SHAPER

LASER ETCHING

At Ark Racing we can add a touch of individuality to a component by Laser Etching your Company Name, Corporate Logo or Part/Product ID Number. This not only provides a statement of quality but also can provide a direct point of call to a consumer.
This means that the owner of the component can get an identical replacement part from its original source.

3D PRINTING

We have the facility to render CAD images into 3D plastic prototypes, ideal as a first-stage design tool a prerequisite to CNC machining of the end product.

GASKET PRINTING

Facility to produce Gaskets from Paper, Cork, Rubber and Certain Acrylics.
(This process does not include metal variants).
This service has no need for expensive tooling and is fairly rapid. A perfect solution for Classic Car owners, Motorsport enthusiasts and bespoke engineering solutions.
