Our NEW machine offers us significant improvements in accuracy, capacity and productivity, over the previous unit.

Our NEW machine arrived Wednesday 25th, via Mills CNC, the Lynx 300 horizontal single turret lathe. It has now been sited ready for its initialisation, in preparation for its production by our experienced operative.

This new machine will deliver all the performance benefits of the Lynx 220 machines – at Ark we have opted for a larger capacity chuck@ 12” (102mm bar) over the standard (10” chuck/ 76mm bar) capacity and larger maximum swings, turning lengths and turning diameters too.

Performance is enhanced by fast servo-driven turret indexing; impressive rapid rates and high-rigidity LM roller guides that help increase productivity and accuracy!

In addition to its impressive technical specifications, our new Lynx 300 lathe supplied by Mills (www.millscnc.co.uk) come with:
Automatic Tool Setters, Parts Catchers, Tailstocks and the Manual Guide/ Conversational Programming System as standard.
