Here are some exclusive photos of the first fit-up of the Ark Racings bespoke Starter Kit for the BSA A65 Classic motorcycle.
As you can see it's a snug fit. This Thunderbolt only required some minor adjustments to clear the starter's solenoid. Both Ark Racings Nick Beere and Mr Paul Fotheringham owner of Stafford Classic Motorcycles, Arks distributor of this bespoke Kit have received great interest and feedback after showcasing the much-awaited kit fitted working at the Stafford Bike Show. Ark Racing Starter Motor Kit fitted to an BSA A65 Thunderbolt.
This kit is a complete replacement of the primary drive with a new case and belt drive assembly that runs dry. *Every conceivable part is included with a new clutch shock absorber unit. You will be able to use the original clutch plates.
We are confident the kit will transform the riding experience with one-touch starting and improved transmission. The kit is built bespoke to your BSA unit twin.
The high-quality Denso starter motor is negative polarity so a regulator /rectifier will be needed for +ive earth situations.
